What clients are saying:

“It feels so good to be able to talk with an expert on the mother wound who actually gets what I’m going through with my mom. I’m receiving the best help, and that alone has brought me so much relief.”

FAQ
  • I live on the opposite side of the world. Will scheduling sessions be challenging?
Not at all! I regularly work with clients from all over the globe, so scheduling around different time zones is something I'm really used to.
  • How will we connect for sessions?
Lots of things are easier in the 21st century, and your counseling should be, too! We’ll connect for your counseling sessions securely via phone or video call, whichever you prefer. Because we are meeting remotely you can attend your sessions from the comfort of wherever you are. I have met with busy clients from their homes, backyards, offices, cars, and even the airport.
  • I live nearby. Can we meet in person for sessions?
No. I work with all my clients virtually. While some do miss being in-person, most of my clients have expressed how much they appreciate the convenience of not needing to spend time in traffic and the cost-savings of no longer paying for parking.
  • How many sessions do I need?
Everyone is different. Some people need only a single session whereas some need ongoing support for as much as a year or more. On average, the majority of my clients need 12 sessions, which is why I have designed my Seasons to include this many sessions.
  • Can I meet with you before deciding to work with you for a Season?
Absolutely! I also offer Single Sessions and Trios. Those are great options for anyone who wants to start slow.
  • What is a Lifeline?
A Lifeline is a use-it-when-you-need-it mini counseling session with me that takes place over the phone. They last for 20-minutes, and I guarantee being able to schedule you in for one within 24-hours or less. Ever wanted to have a counselor in your back pocket? Now’s your chance!
